Security is Number One Priority with Gables Estates

One of the top priorities, taken very seriously by the Gables Estates Club is providing continuous security for our membership and their families. The affects of the security program are evident when first approaching the Gables Estates community. Drivers are greeted by an armed officer at either of the Arvida Parkway or Casaurina Concourse entrances to Gables Estates. Motorists will notice the surveillance cameras recording the license tags on vehicles as well as the driver's face as they enter into Gables Estates. Surveillance cameras are also located in several other land side areas plus the waterway entrances from Biscayne Bay. The Gables Estates community also benefits from twenty four hour coverage of armed guard vehicles patroling the community in addition to bike and marine patrols. Gables Estates also employs some of the finest Off Duty Police Officers available from the City of Coral Gables Police Department.
